I MUST have this skirt!! It was in Interweave Knits' spring issue. I emailed them and asked them for the brand of the skirt. Pam Allen, (yes, her royal highness of knitting!!!) emailed back and told me it was either Forever 21 or Anthropologie. I'm guessing Anthro; it has their distinct style. Anyway, I'm scouring eBay.
