That's a very interesting list of 'unacceptable' ingredients. I think I would agree with most of them, but I wonder why polydextrose is unacceptable to them. Most research studies seem to show that it is beneficial. I often shop at my local Whole Foods, and they have lots of things that I find more objectionable that polydextrose.
