busy week...

I finished one Jaywalker sock! No extreme modifications made to the pattern except I cast on 72 stitches instead of 76.

Also, for a change, I tried my hand at some sewing this week. I made this lil' elephant from Last Minute Patchwork Gifts by Joelle Hoverson. I was surprised at how easy that pattern was. I used some flannel remnents I picked up at Wal*Mart. She's very sweet and just the right size for hugging! Into the Hope chest she goes.
