My brother mentioned last week that he was invited to a black tie affair and if he needed a date, do I have a cocktail dress? I do not. I proceded to put my outfit together. Mind you, this is only if he needs a date, but let's hope he does. hehe.
The dress is navy blue, from Anthopologie. The necklace is gorgeous pearl and champange from AE.
And la shoes are from J Crew.
This outfit would cost just shy of $500, but a girl can dream ;)
