Last month in New York we visited this fabulous indoor Italian market called
Eataly. My gosh was it wonderful. Apparently it had just opened at the end of summer and it was crazy crowded. There was a meat section, a butter and egg section, the coffee section, the spice section, the wine section....on and on and on... and a pasta section! Tons of fresh pasta; pastas I've never heard of! I bought this adorable pasta called Croxetti that are shaped like little silver dollars.
Croxetti are produced in small batches near Genova, Italy. The pasta chef recommended serving it with a mushroom sauce. Yum, yum.
